No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA. All defective products will be accepted by National Laminating Inc. for credit, exchange or repair within 30 days of the invoice date. National Laminating Inc. will pay any freight charges resulting in returns of defective items. Returns of non-defective goods are allowed within 30 days of the invoice date for credit or exchange. A re-stocking charge of 25% of the purchase price applies. Returned items must be in resalable condition and in the original unit quantity. Customer is responsible for return freight on these items. All custom
made product sales are final and are not eligible for return.
