Return Policy

Please contact National Laminating Inc. to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA.

All defective products will be accepted by National Laminating Inc. for credit, exchange or repair within 30 days of the invoice date. National Laminating Inc. will pay any freight charges resulting in returns of defective items.

Returns of non-defective goods are allowed within 30 days of the invoice date for credit or exchange. A re-stocking charge of 25% on supplies and 40% on equipment, of the purchase price applies. Returned items must be in resalable condition and in the original unit quantity. Customer is responsible for return freight on these items.

All non-stock, special order equipment and supplies and customized product sales are final and are not eligible for return.Any defective non-stock, special order equipment and supplies and customized products will be repaired or replaced with the exact same product.
