Laminating, ID Badging & Repair Services

National laminating, Inc. offers services to public and private sector organizations to produce credit card styled photo ID badges for employees and/or customers. Our service provides companies and government agencies with a cost-effective option to attain a durable, professional ID badge without a large capital outlay.

The price for the card design can range from $120.00 to $400.00 based on the complexity of the card. This is a one-time charge.

An organization would be responsible for supplying the variable employee/customer data in an Access format along with the digital images in a .jpeg format. We are pleased to offer advice and equipment, if needed, for the optimum staging of the image capture.

As an option, an employee of National Laminating can come to your site and capture the images of your employees at a rate of $60.00 per hour door-to-door.

The price for the production of an ID badge would range from $2.50 to $10.00 based on the quantity and features. Features including magnetic stripes, signature panels and holographic overlays are available.

After the initial ID production process is completed, a lost ID can be replaced by simply contacting us with the name of the employee. The employee's data and image will be stored on our server to allow for instant recall and production and eliminate employee downtime. For new employees, the image and variable data can be e-mailed to us to complete at our facility.

A minimum charge of $50.00 applies to all orders. Replacement IDs and IDs for new employees are charged at a rate of $10.00 per badge. A surcharge of $7.50 will be added, if your order totals less than $50.00.

If capital budget constraints do not allow for the purchase of laminating equipment, then National Laminating, Inc. offers thin and rigid laminating services.
