Return Policy

  1. Return Authorization Required
    All returns must be pre-authorized by National Laminating Inc. (“NLI”) and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. No return will be accepted or processed without a valid RMA issued by NLI.

  2. Defective Products
    NLI will accept returns of defective products reported within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. At NLI’s sole discretion, defective products will be credited, exchanged, repaired, or replaced. NLI will be responsible for reasonable freight charges incurred in returning defective merchandise, provided such return is authorized in advance.

  3. Non-Defective Products
    Returns of non-defective products may be accepted within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, subject to NLI’s approval, for credit or exchange only. A restocking fee will apply as follows:

    • Supplies: twenty-five percent (25%) of the purchase price or twenty-five dollars ($25.00), whichever is greater

    • Equipment: forty percent (40%) of the purchase price

  4. Non-Returnable Items
    All non-stock items, special-order equipment and supplies, and customized products are non-cancelable and non-returnable. In the event such items are determined by NLI to be defective, NLI’s sole obligation shall be to repair or replace the product with the same or equivalent item, at NLI’s discretion.

  5. General Terms
    NLI reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy. All credits issued are subject to inspection and verification of returned merchandise. This Return Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition, as determined by NLI. All freight, handling, and insurance charges for non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer.
